Financial Services Account Associate Senior Operations/Client Operations 

 

Investor Services team in Poznan is recruiting for a Financial Services Account Associate Senior position. Due to the nature of the job â it is an exciting opportunity to Financial Services team members motivated to progress and develop further within Capital Markets structure. 

 

About the team 

 

We are the Investor Services Operations Department responsible for providing services to clients of our clients. There is a wide scope of transactions we handle, and we service over 10 different companies. Clientâs requests are processed based on received paperwork and occasionally additional information received during call-backs. We are making sure that those requests are processed in accordance with applicable procedures, accuracy and on time to meet expectations of our customers. To achieve our goals, we are closely cooperating with our branches located in the United States and India. 

 

What you will be doing 

  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks and assisting other newer team members in case of issues. 

  • Processing various transactions based on written instructions received from our customers. 

  • Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives, assisting in training of new team members and acting as a go-to expert for processing questions. 

  • Thinking outside the box and innovative approach is strongly encouraged in our teams. 

 

What you bring: 

  •   Strong track record of past performance in terms of productivity and quality results. Experience in transfer agency processes, preferably in multi-client environment. 

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of systems and processes used by the team. 

  • Constant willingness to expand own knowledge and understanding of the functions handled.  

  • Ability to apply existing procedures, own experience, and knowledge to address wide scope of client requests, incl. those of higher complexity. 

  •  Ability to effectively communicate within and outside own functional team. 

  • Readiness to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work overtime depending on business demands.
