About the Team: 
ZF Logistics Team in Częstochowa is involved in the process of planning, purchasing and delivering goods to more than 100 automotive customers all over the world. Our team can be described as a perfect mixture of a fresh look at the challenging automotive environment as well as many years of experience. Right now we are searching for a Material Procurement & Production Planning Supervisor who will lead a team of production planners and MRP controllers.

What is the main scope of your activities as Material Procurement & Production Planning Supervisor:

• Coordinating MRP & production planning execution activities to ensure compliance with ZF Supply Chain Requirements and to ensure operating objectives are achieved; 
• Developing, monitoring, analyzing, and improving KPIs for assigned logistics processes;
• Performing daily supervisor responsibilities; 
• Leading integration and cross functional communication with ZF suppliers to achieve desired targets;
• Developing and maintaining good relationship with the suppliers and ensuring that demands for materials are met;
• Assessing volume requirements against planning assumptions;
• Ensuring that the material scheduling strategy and processes are in place;
• Supervising inventory risks and ensuring that contingency plans are in place;
• Investigating, implementing and supporting any system enhancement initiatives within MRP and Production Planning Teams;
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within logistics department;
• Ensuring that strategic and operational information, reports and metrics are available to share with responsible parties in the business when required;
• Supporting internal & external audits from the scope of logistics department;

Qualifications:

• Requires 5+ years of progressive related experience;
• Minimum 2 years’ in SCM experience in global, multinational working environment, preferably in automotive industry;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams and deal with complex organizations;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment;
• Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environment;
• Assertiveness, target-oriented and structured working methods;
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP are required;
• English fluency;
• Polish fluency.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Economy, Business Administration or equivalent.
