The R&D Junior Engineer, Packaging for Radiometer is responsible for supporting ongoing R&D tasks and packaging projects across all product groups in the area of product lifecycle management and new product development.

This position is part of the R&D Team located in Stargard, Poland and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the R&D Hardware and Packaging Development ​Team and report to the R&D Specialist responsible for Radiometer projects and packaging activities. If you thrive in an amazing, multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class R&D organization — read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute on tasks on packaging projects across all product groups in the areas of product improvements, compliance, quality, delivery, obsolescence and cost

  • Creation and maintaining product documentation.

  • Run tasks in an international, cross organizational environment

  • Prepare technical study’s

  • Conduct and document product verification testing

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BEng/M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar

  • Min. 1 years of professional experience preferably within R&D department

  • Experience in the field of product development and/or product maintenance activities

  • Experience in collaboration in cross- functional project teams in international environment

  • English language at a communicative level or higher.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to work under time pressure and independently

  • Ability to solve problems and work effectively with minimum supervision and with “Can-do” attitude
