Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer youâll be responsible for PCBA processes for in-house production

• Lead / maintain process related to electronics assembly
• Develop advanced PCBA manufacturing technology and process. Implement new manufacturing technology or materials for high yield and cost effectiveness
• Manage work instructions, process documentation
• Participate in new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, working closely with design engineers, and products specialists

• Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree, in engineering /-related area (preferred Electrical enginnering, automation)
• Good understanding of automation techniques, databases, and computation software
• Experience in implementing engineering projects (new technology/new machine introduction)
• Good problem solving skills and mindset
• Well developed self-organizing skills
• Good command of English language (written/spoken)

Preferred Skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience working in SMT processing and/or related PCBA processes (4+ years)
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods such as experiment design
• Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
• Experience with SQL, Python
• Experience with LEAN Six Sigma
• Experience with basic failure analysis tools and methods (X-ray, cross-section, polishing)
