We are looking for an experienced Customer Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain strategy and operations. This role focuses on optimizing logistics, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and supporting commercial growth within the country cluster. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supply chain management, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain operations.
  • Achieve targets for forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory management.
  • Lead demand planning, S&OP, and budget alignment.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Manage logistics budgets and drive productivity improvements.
  • Oversee transportation, customs processing, and 3PL performance.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitor product availability and manage escalations.
  • Lead and collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders.

About you:

  • Postgraduate degree in business or supply chain management.
  • 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in the F&B/FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership experience, especially in customer-facing functions.
  • Expertise in managing complex supply chain operations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
