People & Culture Business Partner

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

Person on this role overall responsibility is to provide front line support to head of dedicated business unit in People and Culture related aspects, with focus on employees performance and end-to-end career management

 

What will you be doing - Responsibilities:

 

  • Run End-to-end career management for dedicated business unit employees, understood as: execution Performance Evaluation processes with focus on quality of the outcome, assessments management and performance feedback to employees, facilitation of Talent Discussions, provide merytorical input in creation of tailored development plans for identified Talents, support staff performance via implementation of L&D solutions
  • Support organizational changes within business unit by providing People and Culture expertize on promotions/lateral moves, creating new positions (job descriptions, job evaluations, structure placement). Coordinate recruitment activities and selection process, support in base requirements preparation for vacant positions. Conduct, analyze and propose actions based on exit interviews
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, training plan execution, identify staff development gaps in wide spectrum (per position type) and narrow spectrum (per employee)
  • Coordinate and provide support to the dedicated business unit in terms of People & Culture processes and related documentation (APSP, ASR process, position changes, employee terminations, C&B expertise). Act as liaison between business unit and other People & Culture functions
  • Provide overall support for line managers in people related aspects, monitor engagement, conduct / support line managers in disciplinary discussions and conflict management. Managing employee questions related to People and Culture

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • University degree in relevant field (Human Resources, Psychology etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on similar position preferably in manufacturing area
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office skills and SAP HR
  • Strong command in English (read and write)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and set prioritises
  • Very good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
