What You Will Do:

  • Strategic finance business partner to the segment leader, account managers, and division finance leaders
  • Provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis, contract negotiation, pro forma P&Lâs, profitability management, incentives modelling
  • Pricing strategy support, pricing modelling, coordination on execution, governance, and reporting
  • Establish effective relationships and communication across business partners in Sales, Marketing, Centre of Excellence (COE) and Supply Chain
  • Analyse monthly sales and profitability results for customers from assigned segments and support preparation of Monthly Segment Review presentations.
  • Manage contract incentives with their proper accounting treatment, including customer rebate accrual and payment programs, Total Cost of Operation (TCO) tracking, equipment fund tracking, and any related analysis and reporting
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Guide the contract management strategy implementation and control the customerâs portfolio contract life cycle to ensure the right level of legal coverage for commercial proposals and renewals
  • Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support planning

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company
  • Good knowledge of financial statements flow and accounting processes in industry as well as business understanding behind the financial numbers.
  • Good knowledge in the area of revenue, pricing, margin, etc.
  • Masterâs degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis
  • Strong Excel modelling skills
  • Proactive Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems
  • A self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity
