The Opportunity

If you’re working in our Finance function and looking for a new challenge - then read on As a Process Lead you will be the Subject Matter Expert in the FP&A processes (end to end) for your region. This role will allow you to share your current knowledge in a different way. This is a great development opportunity as you will be adding project, programme, and transition management to your skill sets.

The Role

You’ll be working with stakeholders within the Finance functions to support the transition towards the new global template. Your strong knowledge of the process requirements, along with the transition methodology (yes of course we’ll be training you on this) will help you ensure the successful implementation of these templates. Experience needed to set you up for success in this role:

Solid experience of working with FP&A processes in your current role (Financial control/business control, reporting)

  • Any experience in local projects using your problem-solving and influencing skills to convince others of the need to change
  • An ability to work with internal customers, dealing with challenges in a positive, pro-active, and robust way
  • As a first point of contact, Communication will be key
