Have experience with Containers infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift)Have good understanding of the Linux operating systemHave knowledge of Elastic StackHave knowledge of Azure DevOps and GITAre customer focused and proactive with very good communication skillsEnjoy working in an international team, with potentially travel for about 3 days every few months.English level - B2

You'll get extra points for:

Experience with KafkaExperience with system monitoringExperience with setting up data services on a public cloud like AzureKnowledge of tools like: Jenkins, Groovy, Job-DSL, Unix Shell, Prometheus and AnsibleKnowledge of automated testingExperience with Agile software development (Agile/Scrum) and DevOps methods; in dealing with configuration management and continuous integration

Your responsibilities:

· Take ownership of containerized ELK stack running on Openshift4 on our private cloud that we offer as a service (ELKaaS) towards INGs DevOps teams worldwide· Develop and support global, containerized solutions for log file monitoring and metrics analysis· Record and recognize dependencies to other systems and processes· Understand the detailed technical behavior of your system to deliver high quality support to users· Create and improve Azure DevOps pipelines· Work on consuming Elastic in the public cloud· Automating the onboarding process for new ELK users· Take part in our 24/7 standby schedule.

Information about the squad:

The ELKaaS service that we offer is part of Data Services Area (one of 5 Areas in Global Tribe Cloud). Our containerized ELKaaS offering runs on Openshift4 on our private cloud but we are also working on consuming Elastic in the public cloud. All changes are done via our Azure DevOps pipeline(s). The ELKaaS offering is gaining popularity, and it is more and more being integrated into core systems of ING. The team currently consists of colleagues working in Germany and Poland. That is why once every couple of months you will get to travel for a day or few.
