We are looking for an Interim Inventory & Demand Planning Manager with accountability on the quality of the Cluster demand plan roll-up within jewelry. The high aim of this is to ensure good forecast accuracy to have the products available when needed to allocate. Furthermore, the role demands to lead the allocation team to keep a well-balanced inventory in Stores and E-com locations with the highest on-shelf availability possible with parameters of Week of cover, Minimum stock & display stock in balance with global guidelines. Your Role:
•    Accountable for your demand plans and the continuous development of this in line with how the business evolves;
•    Accountable for monthly rolling forecasting of jewelry;
•    Accountability for the targeted forecast accuracy;
•    Responsible to conduct weekly performance reviews through demand reviews and cross-functional weekly fora;
•    Responsible for cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Sales, VM, Global I&D to ensure alignment and drive actions for closing potential gaps;
•    Responsible for the allocation of jewelry to stores & E-com and ensure that it is done in a structured and timely way;
•    Accountable for the on-shelf availability in stores as well as E-com locations;
•    Accountable for the Maintenance of Aptos allocation parameters and functionality; 
•    Accountable for the alignment between Aptos allocation forecast & Demand plans.
•    Accountable for managing Team of 6 planners.

 
We’re the perfect match, if you have:
•    3-5 years of solid experience working within Inventory & Allocation Planning , Merchandize Planning , Demand Planning and /or Supply Planning 
•    Experience from global organization (retail, fashion or FMCG industry will be an asset);
•    University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance and Economics or International business;
•    Very good level of English and Polish;
•    Superuser in Office incl. Excel and PowerPoint, experience in Logility or similar ERP planning system, Aptos allocation or allocation system background; knowlegde of Power BI is nice to have;
•    Strong analytical, presentation and leadership skills;
•    Detailed understanding of critical path of information flow and data analysis at expert level;
•    Direct communicator, flourishing in an open call-out culture;
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
•    Strong team player with networking and communication skills. Good facilitation skills are required;
•    Strong sense of urgency and responsibility;
•    A hunger for improvement and creating results;
•    Strong value chain capabilities and mindset.
