Your responsibilities:

Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements and best practices,Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and orchestration,Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security,Supporting and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications and integrations,Collaborating with other developers, product owners, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,Keeping up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.


Information about squad:

You will join one of the squads, developing and administering ServiceNow platform within ING Group.

Team’s primary task is to develop and maintain ServiceNow instance within Enterprise System Management scope, according to customer needs and ING regulations & practices (compliance, agile way of working, etc).

The squad is led by a business Product Owner who gives the autonomy to engineers to manage and implement technical tasks according to the product backlog items specification.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
