What You Will Do:

  • Process manual invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare a bi-weekly report using SAP and Excel, covering Italian e-invoices
  • Make corrections on already issued documents (reversals, text corrections etc)
  • Conduct daily control - Unapplied Cash Items
  • Prepare files for monthly customers update
  • Support team in other actions if needed

What You Will Need: 

  • Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Economy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Proactive approach
  • Eagerness to learn and broaden knowledge
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid communication skills
  • Good problem- solving skills and cooperative attitude
  • Availability 35-40h per week
