Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced PTP Accountant to join their established Shared Services Center (SSC) located in downtown Warsaw. This role is within the Payments Department, and the ideal candidate should possess expertise in SAP and payment processes.

Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced PTP Accountant to join their established Shared Services Center (SSC) located in downtown Warsaw. This role is within the Payments Department, and the ideal candidate should possess expertise in SAP and payment processes.

Opis stanowiska

  • Cooperation with other accounting departments
  • Collect, analyze and summarize accounting information
  • Oversee accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Processing invoices to accounting system
  • Handling queries from inside and outside of the company
  • Responsible for monthly closing processes
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  • Work on a daily basis with SAP
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIs
  • Perform ad hoc task/project assigned by manager from time to time
  • Report to PTP Team Leader

Profil kandydata

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • MS Excel and SAP required
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must. Other language skills are considered a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized and able to work to deadlines
  • Experience from shared service center is an advantage
  • Process improvement experience would be an advantage
