Would you like to be a leader in Nordea to define the future of banking together with us? We are now looking for a Senior Project Leader to create great products leading international teams, fulfilling business needs with technology solutions, and focus on value creation for our customers. Your main assignment is Scrum Master role, but also expect strong focus on supporting Release Train Engineer as his Deputy.

Who we are?

 

Our Service Area “Data Technology”, provide highly reliable data to our Business and Regulatory analysis and reporting. We manage our Common Data Warehouse (CDW) which is a repository for any data within Nordea. The warehouse is built on Snowflake platform. We are working in SAFe/Agile operating model

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery 

  • Ensuring Scrum process is smooth and transparent 

  • Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure teams efficiency 

  • Driving the team to continuously improve and self-organize 

  • Working with teams to orchestrate releases and deployments

  • Supportin & deputizing RTE in his role

  • Facilitating onboarding process for new people 

 

The role is based in Gdansk / Warsaw / Stockholm.

Your experience and background:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Managment in IT, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, preferably in a financial sector

  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues

  • Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates

  • Experience of stakeholder's engagement management  

  • Superior facilitation and coaching skills  

  • Holder of university master degree  

  • SAFe framework knowledge is an advantage
