The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving production and delivery of insightful and compelling marketing content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and respective marketing campaigns.

The main aspect of the role will involve coordination of the contact strategies, key performance objectives and identification of marketing assets needed to successfully execute global and regional initiatives.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate across functions to deliver a comprehensive editorial plan to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner. The person responsible will work closely with the channel marketing team members, as well as the Strategic Marketing Managers, Technical Managers & other internal and external resources to create and review all content, ensure consistent message, oversee content campaigns through the production stage to completion and continuously optimize its performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships and liaise with key internal stakeholders to define, build out and manage a calendar of content deliverables, related communications plan and KPIs.
  • Create content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms: online & offline.
  • Create content briefs (for eg. brochures, fact sheets, videos, infographics, social media assets, web content etc.) for external agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to ensure strategic asset development remains aligned with initiative level/ campaign content strategy.
  • Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
  • Track consumer and content analytics, implement content performance measurement tools and continuously optimize content performance, generate reports and presentations.
  • Provide a support to the business decision makers to adopt better content creation practices, frequently test different content formats and distribution channels. Present ideas to stakeholders for approval and development.
  • Ensure our content meets SEO standards and provide additional insight from an SEO content perspective.
  • Ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are compliant with regulatory, data protection and company guidelines and policies.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within digital landscape 
  • Result-oriented attitude and an eye for detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to solve complex problems and drive the change
  • Empathic interaction with people, enthusiasm and strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Business English proficient.
