Basic Purpose of Role

Manage the end-to-end HR processes (from hire to exit) in Cognizant Poland HRSS (HR Shared Service) Team. The HRSS Team member will work very closely with HR, Recruitment & business teams and will report to HRSS Manager Poland.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team
• Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their Cognizant tenure
• Continuous coordination with HR and HRSS Teams on outsourced processes
• Strong daily cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization
• Managing & coordinating the onsite activity of HRSS Team - who supports the respective HR team
• Reviewing & improving, managing HRSS processes
• Be a Single Point of Contact for HRSS team Krakow and manage activities with proper control in place
• Report the issues and challenges to her/his manager
• Maintain agreed SLA on all processes
• Maintain the required trackers and manage the efforts efficiently
• Suggest proactively improvement ideas

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good Verbal and Written communication skills
• MS Office especially Excel, Word
• Similar working experience is an advantage
• 2+ years working experience
• Knowledge of Labour Law will be additional advantage
