Job Description:

Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Associate

Location: Katowice, Poland

Contract:Part-time 10 h/w with initial 6-month contract with prolongation opportunity

Job Summary: AT&T is seeking a dedicated Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing corporate safety policies to ensure compliance with safety and health requirements. The ideal candidate will provide critical EH&S training, maintain compliance records, and respond to emergencies while promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Policy Implementation: Implement corporate safety policies to comply with safety and health requirements.
  • Training: Provide safety, health, or environmental training to supervisors and work groups.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain records on lost time accidents and prepare appropriate reports.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Incident Response: Respond to emergencies, investigate accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Audits and Surveys: Conduct audits or surveys and recommend corrective actions for occupational or environmental hazards.
  • Reporting: Complete required federal, state, and local government reports related to EH&S issues.
  • Problem Solving: Apply company policies and procedures to resolve various issues, exercising judgment within defined procedures.

Education:

  • Higher education or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the area of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary starting from 1,525 PLN gross monthly
  • The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
