Senior Freight Audit Specialist

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage the Supply Chain finance activities related to auditing process of logistics costs. You will optimize operations across the functions and businesses, securing accuracy of invoicing process, transport rates compliance as well as control and driving cost optimization initiatives.

Your are responsible for

• Processing invoice data in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and SAP
• Managing invoice disputes and escalation process, in case transportation invoices are not in line with Philips requirements.
• Supporting management reporting on Freight & Audit process KPIâs
• Participation in daily management team meetings to manage Freight Audit & Pay process
• Cooperation with transport management on the future implementation of the freight audit & pay strategy and pre-billing solutions
• Driving invoicing and auditing processes improvements,
• Implementing and driving global logistics processes standardization

You will be a part of

Philips Transport Control Tower located in GBS Lodz.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain with focus on Logistics/Transportation
• Previous relevant experience (2-3 years) in logistics or finance
• Evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
• Good working knowledge of MS office applications with expert level for MS EXCEL/Access;
  Knowledge of SAP and TMS System will be an asset
• Fluent level of English
