RPA Business Analyst

As RPA Business Analyst you will join Philipsâ Regional Operational Excellence HUB. On daily basis you will have a chance to identify of automation use cases via systematic process analysis and assessment of the automation potential. Our team work closely with business users and function managers to support automation funnel creation.

Your role:

• Identifying processes that can be automated using Robotic Process Automation technology

• Evaluating business case for process automation and calculating savings from RPA projects

• Documenting of business/process requirements for developers and/or IT

• Creating, configuring, and supporting automations using Microsoft-centric applications - MS Office VBA, SharePoint, Power Query, MS Power Platform, including Power Automate (Flow, Desktop), Power BI, Power Apps;

• Ensuring smooth project implementation: follow up through assessment, development and testing, helping with problem root cause identification if any issues occur

• Maintaining proper communication with all stakeholders

• Ensuring that proper project documentation has been created and all sign-offs obtained

• Designing, developing and maintaining applications that meet customer needs

• Go through the whole process from design, implementation to support of applications.

• Consult with customers, team members, and discuss functionalities.

• Work iteratively and have close contact with the users to build the best solutions.

You're the right fit if:

• Business Analyst / Process Analyst / IT Analyst or with similar experience min 1-2 years

• Experience with any kind of RPA process automation projects (using UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft VBA, SharePoint, Power Query and MS Power Platform, including Power Automate (Flow, Desktop), Power BI, Power Apps

• Master's degree, or equivalent

• Process mapping & improvement skills

• Data analytics skills

• Basic project management skills

• Ability to work independently on given tasks

• Great communication skills

• Fluent English C1 â both written & spoken
