Purpose Of Role:

The Project Leader is responsible for ensuring assigned project tasks and deliverables are met on time and on budget.

Project Leader works with project team and matrix stakeholders and co-workers and is reporting to lead Project Manager/ Portfolio/ Program managers for BAU activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management/ Change Management
  • Manages initiatives and project tasks in assigned scope, including full wing-to-wing projects;
  • Takes responsibility for assigned areas of project with the greatest focus on Scope Management, Time Management and Resource Management;
  • Represents project by taking part in communication with internal and external clients, tracking and responding to user feedback, following up on the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.

Requirements:

  • Good project management skills, project management experience and training experience
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute Standards or certification according to PMI will be a considerable advantage
  • Experience in change management initiatives
  • Nice-to-have: JIRA, Agile experience.
  • Ability to manage people on tight time frames.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Master's Degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or equivalent
  • Good PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flowcharting software
  • Master's degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or equivalent
  • 2 years of financial services and/or implementation related experience
