Our requirements:
  • excellent customer service skills,
  • knowledge of English at a communicative level (B1) and Czech at a C1 level, both spoken and written,
  • strong organizational skills and focus on details,
  • a problem-solving mindset.
Your responsibilities:
  • conducting phone calls / e-mail /chat/ social – media correspondence,
  • supporting incoming and outgoing calls,
  • providing information on the product and service concerned,
  • collecting and processing orders both by phone and by e-mail and others form of contact,
  • helping to solve customers' problems and advising customers.
