Our requirements:
- excellent customer service skills,
- knowledge of English at a communicative level (B1) and Czech at a C1 level, both spoken and written,
- strong organizational skills and focus on details,
- a problem-solving mindset.
- conducting phone calls / e-mail /chat/ social – media correspondence,
- supporting incoming and outgoing calls,
- providing information on the product and service concerned,
- collecting and processing orders both by phone and by e-mail and others form of contact,
- helping to solve customers' problems and advising customers.
