Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for Creating plans for long term maintenance (preventive) for installed products at DACH region.

Your role:

  • Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
  • Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
  • Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
  • Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

You're the right fit if:

  • You have some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)

  • You know German and English language on min. C1 level

  • You have an analytical mind

  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
