About the role
The Financial Services Account Associate Senior is responsible for daily interactions with our external clients and business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries. Aside contact with the clients and external business partners you will also interact with various internal teams including AML, Compliance, Legal and other teams.
What you will be doing
- Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail and phone to our clients.
- Providing direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.
- Taking part in projects related to client service.
- Recommending and adhering to continuous improvement concepts.
What you bring:
- We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy developing new skills and expertise, helping others, and improving workflows and tools they use.
- Other requirements include:
- Fluent English skills.
- Good knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
- Experience in financial services or client service would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact.
- Relevant client service skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
