About the role:
 

The individual will provide outsourcing oversight support to Ireland legal entities.

The role may be performed in a hybrid model (2-3 days from the office) in Polish business hours (9 AM - 5 PM).
 

As an Outsourcing Oversight & Reporting Specialist, Senior Associate you will:

  • Contribute towards the production of regular MI reporting for governance forums
  • Run and support design of reports needed to facilitate the ongoing monitoring of policy adherence by the relevant State Street legal entities
  • Support maintenance of Excel and/or SharePoint-based registers
  • Prepare materials and meeting minutes to support a range of outsourcing governance sessions
  • Monitor and respond to incoming email queries
  • Execute controls testing as defined by management
  • Liaise with Outsourcing Oversight Managers (OEMs) and other stakeholders provide guidance and advice to ensure their outsourcing arrangements are aligned with business needs and consolidate status updates for inclusion in reports and governance forums.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify risk issues to senior management
  • Support management in the design and implementation of change projects when required
  • Drive the objectives of the department in delivering a service to State Street Ireland

Must have:

  • Ability to analyze and present data in excel spreadsheets including creating pivot tables and vlookups and use of macros
  • Experience in maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity and ensure compliance with accepted industry practice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements, and hold team members
  • Analytical skills: the candidate should be able to take a step back from the available data and look holistically at the risks impacting the service delivery with the ability to âconnect the dotsâ and form an articulated resilience risk opinion
  • Communicate confidently, effectively and clearly in both written and verbal forms in English
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships and communications with key stakeholders such as Compliance, ERM and Business Units
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles related to Outsourcing, Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, Risk Management
  • Advanced PC literacy including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)

  • Sound knowledge of the EMEA regulatory environment and how it relates to Financial Services and State Street in specific
  • Demonstrate commitment to Integrity and Ethical Values and Strengthen Risk Management Culture
  • Knowledge of numerous changes in State Street outsourcing landscape
  • Ability to prioritize, while ensuring all assigned tasks are seen through to completion
