About the role:


As an ERP Systems Analyst, youâll deliver customer orientated solutions to ensure that our teams continue to be provide the best-in-class products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You will workâ¯asâ¯partâ¯ofâ¯aâ¯teamâ¯inâ¯aâ¯scrumâ¯settingâ¯and must be aâ¯self- motivated,â¯proactive,â¯andâ¯out-of-the-boxâ¯thinker.

About the team:

A dispersed team situated in multiple countries, youâll join a hard-working, fun group with a real diversity of backgrounds.

What you will be doing:


Building Workday solutions, identifying improvement opportunities whilst also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.

Managing Workday upgrades and identifying opportunities to implement new functionality as it arrives.

Consulting with customers and advising on practices to maximise the effectiveness of our HR system solutions.

Arranging and conducting tests and ensuring our customers have the training and tools required.


What you will need:
Excellent, demonstrable analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.

A bachelorâs in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience. Ideally you will also have some or all of:

  • Workday configuration experience (most preferred)
  • Extensive Workday end user experience
  • Workday reporting building experience
  • Experience of HR activities involving HR systems
