Job Overview: 

 

We're looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house creative team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects run efficiently, by streamlining workflows, managing resources, and facilitating communication across departments and time zones.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Workflow Management: Create and maintain production schedules and workflows to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and availability.

  • Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects, track milestones, and ensure that tasks are completed according to deadlines.

  • Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, departments, and external partners to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

  • Change Control: Manage project scope and change requests, documenting changes and obtaining approvals.

  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to project status.

 

Experience Required: 

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Have a strong understanding of the creative workflow and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal clients and colleagues.

  • Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Be solution focused â an amazing problem solver.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
