Role & team overview

Financial Controlling & Accounting Team is all about financial reporting & internal controls. The team currently is dedicated to secure accuracy, completeness & transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain and Commercial entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We are cooperating with various stakeholders taking into account  finance & business processes impacting financial data, often deploying an end-to-end perspective.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing of the Work Instructions based on the available resources and data bases,
• Utilizing the analytical skills to create structured datasets and process descriptions, 
• Translate the existing process flow into the coherent procedures, ready to be applied by the end users when performing the process.

We are looking for colleagues who:

• Enjoy international environment and are team players
• Are open-minded, enthusiastic, and responsible
• Have a proficiency in MS Office
• Speak very good English,
• Are available for at least 20 hrs per week
• Have strong organizational skills, dedication, and accuracy.
• Like to understand and describe the financial process flows.
