For our client, a large international corporation, one of the leaders in the production of construction materials, due to HR department development, we are looking for a suitable person to work in the position of:
 
Talent Acquisition Partner
 
Tasks and responsibilities:
  • To act as the Subject Matter Expert for all recruitment activities within the Group in Poland within the scope of  roles  for the managerial and specialist roles;
  • To deliver a comprehensive 360 recruitment and selection service;
  • Understanding of key vacancies, the skills and knowledge required to perform such roles and identifying the most appropriate and cost effective recruitment channels and strategies;
  • Managing the recruitment process, responding to specific business needs whilst always ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with management teams, hiring managers, HRBPs;
  • Implementing inclusive staffing policies and provide training for managers on inclusive recruitment;
  • Developing effective relationships with external agencies and educational bodies to source high quality applicants at the right cost;
  • Assist HRBPs in strengthening Employer Branding competencies and executing EB action plans;
  • Taking correct initiatives to ensure positive candidate experience;
  • Developing onboarding processes;
  • Assist in employee retention, promotion and development.
 
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive recruitment experience with ability to recruit across Poland;
  • Experienced in all elements of 360 recruiting process including recruitment related legislation;
  • Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies;
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles;
  • Understanding of all selection methods, techniques and tools;
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards;
  • Knowledge of employment branding and cooperation with universities;
  • PC proficient in concurrent use of Microsoft Office, ATS/Recruitment systems;
  • Fluency in English;
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field;
  • Well-organized, efficiency in project management;
  • Very well-developed communication and cooperation skills:
  • Negotiations skills:
  • Willingness to travel (in a limited time scale).
