Description

Main area of responsibility is to create Inbound Delivery Notification documents in SAP based on documents received from company suppliers to ensure right input for warehouse, transport and customs procedures. We provide our services for Hitachi Energy plants located in various countries.

Your responsibilities

  • Verifying delivery documents – staying in touch with suppliers to provide the required data

  • Data verification and entry to SAP system

  • Supporting warehouse / transport / customs procedures in various locations

Your background

  • You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later

  • You can communicate effectively in English (B2 level)

  • Any experience in SAP System will be an additional advantage

  • You are interested in Logistics/ Purchasing (no prior experience required)

  • You are a problem solver, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • You are a team player

  • You are customer oriented
