How you will make an impact

You will be a part of the Delivery Services department, part of IT Operations, and will take responsibility for support and maintenance of our global Collaboration environment.

Your goal will be to serve as operational leader and ensure, that we meet the needs of the business and comply with the service level agreements agreed with the business and our vendors.

Specifically, you will:

• Act as a leader and people manager for the team
• Manage the function and team resources
• Coach and develop the employees according to Our character and Our Leadership
• Be responsible for planning and execution of activities in alignment with corporate objectives
• Work closely with Service Owners, Business Users and dedicated vendors, to provide the best experience and performance to Arla’s end users
• Analyze business needs, trends and strategies within the area of Collaboration platform
• Promote collaboration and Microsoft 365 services in the organization
• Deliver solutions to measure end user’s satisfaction effectively
• Make sure agreed SLA and KPI levels are met

What will make you successful

To be successful as a dedicated, service-oriented Manager, you will need to represent employees across the organization, prioritize their well-being, take full responsibility for the quality of services delivered, leverage your experience in stakeholder management, step in during difficult situations, use a convincing appearance to resolve conflicts, and draw on your documented experience in leading large and global projects.

Strong people leadership skills, project management skills, effortless communication in English, a degree in Computer Science or a similar field, and a full understanding of ITIL along with familiarity with SEFe Agile methodology are also essential for success in this role.

Additionally, having a few years of hands-on experience in IT, preferably in the Collaboration area, will further enhance your effectiveness.
