Position: Junior Demand Planner
Location: Warsaw
Working model: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Drives local demand planning and forecasting, producing medium to long term forecasts and refining short term forecasts.
  • Takes ownership of demand planning forecasts, regularly reviews with stakeholders and updates.
  • Ensures seamless end-to-end product delivery by prioritizing the avoidance of supply shortages in the planning, manufacturing and distribution process.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves overages in coordination with Customer Service and Key Account Managers.
  • Initiates process and KPI improvements and gathers market data for S&OP volume proposals.
  • Facilitates cross-functional consensus on monthly S&OP volumes and presents to local management.
  • Works with supply chain and commercial teams.

Requirements:

  •  Expertise in demand planning, including strong awareness of best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Entry level experience in Supply Chain, demonstrating familiarity with best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools.
  • Previous exposure to a multinational working environment.
  • Required language skills: English (C1)
