Job Description

Specialist with English position in Vialto Partners is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in finance and cash collection to embark on their professional journey.

• Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue, or written off
• Executes the collection process for defined customers (e.g. key customers), following up on individual accounts for payment collection
• Follow up on relevant queries and solve escalations in close cooperation with the territory
• Outbound e-mails and determining the reasons for outstanding debts.
• Issues dunning letters for overdue accounts
• Performs some credit control activities
• Sets up and negotiates acceptable terms of repayments
• Provides good and professional customer service
• Ad hoc supports billing in peak season

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English is a must
• Fluent German is an additional advantage
• Previous experience in the Cash Collection area would be an asset
• Experience in any finance tools like SAP would be an advantage
• Detail and goal-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
