Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are working in a team to develop and design new services and applications in production and logistics.
• Product vision and strategy – Define the WHAT and Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint
• Own the product backlog.
• Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business value, ROI and Expert Team interests, focus on maximizing the value of the delivered product.
• Understand the interests of all business stakeholders and define new requirements based on business input.
• Write new user stories to document business requirements.
• Align with Feature Team on prioritization of the product backlog and answer business questions from the developers.
• Support implementation of requirements by the development team
• Ensure user acceptance tests.
• Management of dependencies and compliance

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of practical experience as a Product Owner/Process Expert/Business Analyst
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with business processes in production and logistics.
• Knowledge and experience of agile methods and the software development process
• High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex processes and problems in addition to customer-oriented thinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills as well as basic knowledge in organizational development and business administration
• Experience at the program or portfolio level in SAFe

Soft skills:

• End-to-end thinking during implementation
• Team spirit, positive mindset and able to motivate people.
• Be able to represent the team towards the stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills. German is a plus.
