WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking a strong candidate to start an exciting career in talent acquisition with one of the most prestigious companies in the world - Boston Consulting Group. The Employer Branding Assistant will support the Warsaw Talent Acquisition Team across all employer branding activities, ranging from the organization of virtual and in-person events, social media management, and copywriting to tracking, reporting, and analytics on all recruiting initiatives. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including project coordination, event management, and content creation for various promotional campaigns.

The role offers enough flexibility to work while studying and allows you to combine work with academic responsibilities. We require approx. 30h availability per week. Please, keep in mind that this position sometimes requires working in the evenings or weekends (depending on event calendar). It may also require travelling.

  • Youâre creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter
  • You have attention to detail and understand that events also need excels and administrative precision, especially in logistics coordination and event management
  • Youâre a communicator and know how to best address different audiences
  • Youâre reliable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team
  • You have experience or a keen interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable with event and project management

YOU'LL WORK WITH

This position was created to support the Employer Branding Specialist and will be a key part of the Talent Acquisition Team, which consists of five people. The Employer Branding Assistant reports directly to the Employer Branding Specialist and, on a higher level, to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager. This role contributes significantly to the overall talent acquisition strategy by enhancing BCGâs employer brand, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
