MEININGER Kraków Centrum is looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager - F&B (f/m/d), who would like to take on responsibility in the F&B operational management and create a unique stay for our guests.

Youâre a great host, ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stayYou work in collaboration with the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operations (including the Service & Bar departments)You make sure that all internal and external standards and processes are in placeYou work in tandem with the Assistant Hotel Manager Room Division for the daily management of the hotel and the teamsYou are in contact with all F&B suppliers for an optimal commercial relationshipYou are responsible for the control of the supply of goods, stock control and costs as well as monthly reports (inventories and P&L analysis)You are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations (HACCP, safety, etc.)You manage the F&B team, recruit, guide and develop the diverse team of around 10 people (Supervisor, employees and Barman)You train, coach and mentor your team with an individual approach, aiming for everyone to perform to their full potentialYou are the face of MEININGER for all inâ and external stakeholders
Youâre flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
Finally, youâre a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments now and then YOUR PROFILE You have 2 years of experience in F&B department in the hotel and/or HoReCa industries or career changers and minimum of a year working in the leadership role
You know how to motivate your team every day and bring people on board to achieve things together
You have a keen eye for detail, identify opportunities for improvement and implement concrete actionsYou are comfortable with numbers, cash systems, cash closing (mastery of Addipos and Sihot software would be a plus)You are solution-driven, show strong commitment and entrepreneurial way of thinking
You think it's fun to work in a multicultural and diverse environmentYou are fluent in Polish and English, other languages are an advantage.
