Junior Data Verification Specialist

About the role:

As Junior Data Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for customer account data management. Furthermore, you will be accountable for maintaining up-to-date account information and ensuring data quality.

On this position, you will assist in resolving account data disputes, territorial assignments and mirroring real-life companies’ mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the system.

Main responsibilities:

• Collecting appropriate approvals and manage territory change requests,

• Realigning accounts ownership in macro scale,

• Creating special territories suited to customer needs,

• Adjusting accesses and capabilities to users depending on roles,

• Assisting on special projects on an ongoing basis,

• Analyzing role/forecast hierarchy and territory to enable new year sales planning,

• Resolving opportunity ownership issues with respect to account ownership and/or role forecast hierarchy,

• Communicating and educating Account Executives regarding appropriate guidelines,

• Taking part in other projects or completing tasks assigned by the leadership team

Requirements:

• Minimum BA degree,

• English language skills on at least B2 Level,

• Excellent oral and written communication skills,

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity,

• Eagerness to acquire necessary technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively,

• Desire and drive to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to perform job more effectively,

• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment,

• Proficient user of the MS Office package, Google sheets,

• Analytical skills
