QMS Coordinator

QMS Coordinator ensures that the Management System applicable to the site is adapted to the business needs, deployed, used and compliant with the Alstom/Region's referential, in relation with local EHS and E&C managers to ensure coherence of actions related to the Management System.

Main responsibilities:

• To Coordinate Alstom and Region Line processes and method & tools local deployment, together with local “Quality métiers” functions
• To ensure Process governance, Risk and Opportunity management with site interested parties
• To Provide local teams with effective support (training, day-to-day coaching) as for process application
• To Ensure Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, communicated
• To Keep informed the site management team about the status of processes deployment / implementation / results

Requierments:

• Master degree (technical or engineering)

• Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.

• Quality professional background

• Quality management system, project and operation.
