Junior Transport & Distribution Specialist with French, Poznań

 

Role overview

 

The role of Junior Transport & Distribution Specialist is daily execution and continuous tracking of transport orders and keeping customers informed.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

• Receiving, checking, and processing transport orders coming from customers/requestors

• Maintaining communication daily with customers by responding to routine inquiries concerning service ordered and taking action to respond to customer’s needs

• Slot management - booking the loading/delivery slot for carriers as per transit time

• Preparing and monitoring performance appraisal indicators (KPI), describing service level for customers being in charge of, providing appropriate data required for a final KPIs generation (reason codes introduction) and KPI’s regularly review

• Creating and maintaining relationships on an operational level within TCT and between TCT and customers (breweries, suppliers)

 

What we’re looking for

 

• has fluent proficiency in written and spoken English and French (min. B2 level)

• has worked in a customer service area with a preference for candidates with experience in the logistics or transportation area

• has a University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree), educational background in logistics would be an asset

• has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment

• navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience in logistics process standardization and Transport Management Systems would be  an asset
