IT Supporter Request Fulfilment in On – Site Support in Gdańsk

About this opportunity

 

As the (Senior) IT Supporter Request Fulfilment in ITSS, you will be a member of On-Site Support Team 4.
 
In On-Site Support we are working with global processes and for delivering within the agreed service levels, and we have a very high focus on delivering the best service to our End users in Nordea. We have the courage to deliver quality.

 

You’ll be responsible for performing best in class service and support to all IT related end-user hardware. You’ll execute on hardware work orders. You may also assist with special projects and other activities when needed.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling orders  
  • Performing asset update
  • Participating in projects
  • Installing, break-fixing and testing of IT hardware 
  • Taking ownership for delivering services within the agreed service level and focusing on our end-users satisfaction  

 

The position is based in Gdańsk, 5 days in the office.

Your background:   

  • Professional level English (spoken and written)  
  • Knowledge of our tools like SCCM Current Branch (system management tool)
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Good knowledge about Microsoft products (Office 365)
  • BMC Remedy/Helix
  • Good knowledge of computers/Networking/IT infrastructure   
  • WIN10/11 experience
