3Shapeâs Graduate Program is an exciting two-year program offering three rotations within our Technical Track, including up to six months at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. This program is designed to provide talented and motivated young professionals with the opportunity to expand their knowledge, develop their skill set, and gain valuable expertise from day one. It plays a crucial role in our strategy to cultivate future leaders and specialists within 3Shape.

As a 3Shape Graduate, you will solve complex business challenges and be part of a large network of professionals in a global organization. We offer a steep learning curve and expect a lot from you, in return, we provide a program that will empower you and offer opportunities for growth.

3Shapeâs Technical track enables you to learn from experts in their respective fields. You will gain valuable experience while testing your knowledge in technical R&D disciplines. It is suitable for individuals with an education in mechanical/electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, design & innovation, technology transformation, technical project/product management, portfolio management or related fields.

As a Graduate, you will:

· Become part of an established graduate community. Fun fact: we are one of the most popular graduate jobs in Denmark

· Rotate through three different departments over the course of two years (3 x 8 months in each) including up to six months in Denmark, allowing you to apply your knowledge to real-life projects while developing your business acumen

· Play a pivotal role in an international and dynamic organization that is constantly evolving

· Broaden your horizons by working as part of integrated teams, collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

We fuel your career by providing:

· A comprehensive onboarding, including offsite, teambuilding, and networking with the Senior Leadership Team

· Support from a dedicated mentor and buddy as part of our peer support program

· Giving you exposure to different managers, by having three different rotation managers, supporting you in your development, and providing you with feedback on your tasks

· Ongoing meetings with your Graduate Manager to nurture your development and well-being

· Multiple training sessions (e.g., Technical Modules, People Development Modules, and Business Modules).

· Membership in a well-established network of co-graduates
