As an Admin and Payroll Specialist, youâll interact with general management, HR managers, and employees, by responding to HR-related requests. Youâll be at the heart of a dynamic international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.

What youâll do

• Youâll become an expert in managing an employeeâs life cycle from his onboarding to the off-boarding through his day to day needs,

• Youâll learn how to communicate in a professional and efficient manner using dedicated channels with different stakeholders,

• Youâll master organizing your working day to be the most efficient based on your workload,

• Youâll be introduced to world-class software such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow,

• Youâll be solicited to share your insight to support the continuous improvement activities using your best teamwork skills.

What youâll need

• You have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree,

• Youâre fluent in English, the Dutch language will be a plus,

• You are feeling comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on a high level or any other automated programs,

• You want to join an international company and develop new practical competencies or build on your current once,

• You have a sharp mind with an interest in solving problems and striving to quickly become an essential part of the Admin & Payroll team.
