As a Engineering Project Manager youâll be responsible for management of product implementation projects.

What Youâll Do:
- Lead Industrial Team to introduce new products to the factory
- Lead complex industrial projects (New platforms, Transfers, Cost down, Range Extension)
- Prepare & execute project plans securing time, cost & quality targets
- Monitor & report progress of each project

Your Qualifications:
- Master (or Bachelor) degree in engineering, project management or management
- Advanced Planning, organizing and execution skills
- Effective Change Management Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data driven, fact-based mindset and passion for results
- Experienced as a project manager
- Fluent English and Polish
- Project management and lean six sigma certificates (Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, PMI, or other relevant certificates) will be an additional advantage
