We are seeking a future team member for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our EMEA Controllers Organization. This role is in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID. Title in the contract: Senior Vice President, External Reporting Manager
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Overseeing financial operations for the designated legal entity, which encompasses all external reporting obligations such as Tax, Statutory Reporting, and serving as the official contact point for Global Finance.
- Comprehensive grasp of general ledger management facets, involving Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accruals & Prepayments.
- Directing outsourced services to ensure delivery at peak standards.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to the board including budgeting.
- Relaying financial outcomes and issues through both spoken and written communication.
- Collaborating with internal and external audit teams and tax consultants.
- Overseeing the billing and collection of Intercompany revenues and providing analytics to Regional Legal Entity Controllers.
- Leading the Entity's Finance Team.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
- Holding a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an additional MSc/MBA being advantageous.
- Demonstrable history serving as a CFO or in a Head of Finance role.
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- High degree of motivation, with an adaptable, flexible, and forward-thinking approach.
- Skilled in operating within and impacting a multifaceted international corporation.
- Decisive character, taking full responsibility and accountable for outcomes.
