Junior Broker

Mercer is seeking talented and motivated candidates for the following position:

What can you expect?

As an insurance broker, you will liaise between Mercers' Clients and insurance companies, finding for the client the best deal for insurance cover (life, accidental death and dismemberment, medical, travel, pension) as well as advise on numerous tasks concerning employee benefits.

We will count on you to:

• Build and maintain business relationships with clients

• Discuss and asses clients' current and future employee benefits needs

• Research insurance policies and products

• Negotiate policy terms and costs with insurance providers

• Arrange insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider

• Advise clients on market trends

• Renew or amend existing policies for clients

What you need to have:

• Min. 1 year of desirable experience in working in an insurance or broker company

• University degree, preferably in economics, finance or law faculty

• Deep insight and desirably knowledge of the medical industry

• Ability to maintain relationships with business partners and employees at all levels

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and initiative

• Good command of English and Polish

• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy

What makes the ideal candidate â but not required:

• Broker license

• Sales skills and client-focus approach
