About this opportunity
Welcome to the Calypso Change team. We add value by delivering strategic solutions creating value for our customers as well as internal stakeholders. As the Product Owner, you'll play a valuable role in translating business needs to robust IT solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for leading Calypso Scrum team development within TCS, ensuring activities and prioritisation aligned to the bank and business unit strategy Apply the business unit strategy into a product vision and tactical roadmap for the product, to ensure alignment between product development and towards business goals Be responsible for establishing and systematically maintaining a prioritised product backlog and leading product development activities throughout the product lifecycle, to secure continuous delivery of business value Actively deliver high quality decision making proposals to the right forums and stakeholders, to ensure strategic alignment and enable well informed decisions Take responsibility for own business understanding, proactively develop skills/knowledge in key areas and actively share knowledge with colleagues to maximise leverage of our human capital Form solid and active relationships/partnerships and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the value chain to effectively run development and implementation processes, making sure that outcomes are well anchored Listen, consult and communicate proactively within Scrum Team. Promote and enable a good team spirit and motivation towards set goals by own actions and Role modelling
You'll join a Global team working in 4 different Scrum teams together with IT. The role is based in PL, FI, NO, SE.
