Financial Reporting Manager Location:
Poznań

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing the monthly financial reporting process of the Group entities,
  • Reviewing unusual transactions for correct accounting treatment,
  • Preparation of annual and interim Group consolidated financial statements based on IFRS and US GAAP,
  • Maintaining consolidation documentation for adjusting and elimination entries,
  • Implementing best practices and process improvements across the Group,
  • Collaborating with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal and M&A functions to ensure quality and accuracy of financial data,
  • Integrating new acquisitions from an accounting and financial reporting perspective,
  • Assisting in the annual audit and interim reviews of consolidated financial information with auditors,
  • Contributing to the development of new products and services from an accounting standpoint.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of finance and accounting experience (e.g. external audit, financial reporting, preparation of consolidated financial statements),
  • Strong technical knowledge in IFRS and consolidation accounting, including acquisition accounting, translation and multi-currency foreign exchange, share-based compensation schemes, leases,
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical accounting matters,
  • Experience in an international setting,
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal,
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment,
  • ACCA or similar certification is a plus.
