Process Engineer

Join our greenfield plant as Process Engineer.

What You Will Do

1. Lead the continuous process improvement, such as, production yield improvement, process failure mode effect analysis, process capability analysis, WIP reduction, cost down and delivery
2. Participation in designing and implementing changes in machines and production lines that are to be launched in Poland Define operation processes, create and release manufacturing documents, such as, flowchart, PFMEA, WI, Parameter setting etc
3. Knowledge exchange and practical experience sharing in technical and engineering aspects between plant locations, especially between Poland and China
4. Participation in the design and introduction of changes to machines and production lines to be launched in Poland
5. Cooperation on the design and implementation of machines with Molex branches and with subcontractors and sub-suppliers
6. Lead problem solving and process optimization of processes, such as cycle time and manpower reduction etc
7. COPQ and POEE improvement capability
8. QN analysis capability
9. Cooperating with Suppliers of machinery and components
10. Cooperating in machine maintenance

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor /or above d egree in mechanical or electrical engineering

VDA validated PFMEA certificate is a must

Automotive Experience is required

IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP experience

Fluent in English both written and spoken

Strong lean & continuous improvement thinking

Good skills of communication and conflict handling

Open minded, and self-motivated

Knowledge of computer programs: 3D software skill (NX), MS office

Problem solving tools

Greenfield experience
