Team Leader Branży Chemiczno – Procesowej (K/M/X) / Chemical Process Engineer - Team Leader

Your responsibilities
  1. Managing a group of technological (chemical) process engineers and drafter designers to ensure the effective delivery of engineering projects and programs;
  2. Developing delivery efficiencies, and continuous improvement in design delivery quality and efficiency;
  3. Delegating effectively to the Process and Drafting Leads;
  4. Cooperating and supporting Piping & Process Discipline Manager in building staff capabilities, ensuring skill development, monitoring and reporting on utilization levels, tracking actuals versus targets;
  5. Liaising with the Quality manager to ensure that the engineering group understands and adheres to QA/QC processes.
Our requirements
  • MS degree in Chemical/Process engineering;
  • Fluent (written and oral) in English language;
  • Minimum 8 years engineering experience in process engineering;
  • Experience in working with international and multicultural teams (ability to manage professional staff would be an advantage);
  • Advanced knowledge of process guidelines, code and standards and good engineering practices (EU and USA) and basic knowledge of other engineering disciplines;
  • Experience in preparation and development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
  • Experience in hydraulic calculation, pipeline sizing, equipment selections, heat and material balance calculation;
  • High-level decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills, good communication skills.
