The Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina is dedicated to the production, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. The plant has recently expanded its operations to include the manufacturing of wiper motors. We are currently seeking an Engineering Test & Validation Engineer for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop design validation plans and product validation plans
- Conduct tests on products and their components during development and production phases following the validation plans and client requirements
- Coordinate tests with external suppliers
- Provide support for customer tests
- Collaborate with project teams on product or design validation, preparation, and execution
- Propose technical improvements for products in case of issues
- Enhance the laboratory by creating and implementing new test methods and introducing new equipment
- Execute tests as requested
- Maintain laboratory equipment
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics
- Minimum years of experience in the automotive or laboratory field; experience with electric motors or software testing is a plus
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate technical issues
- Proficiency in tools such as LabView, CANoe, and Catia is advantageous
- Familiarity with quality systems and tools like MSA, PDCA, and SPC
- Strong organizational skills, precision, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
