The role of Animator/Designer is ideal for a creative professional who can produce videos, animations, and graphics for Elympics social media. Elympics is a vibrant platform for multiplayer games that cater to a diverse audience. In this role, you will work closely with our technical and business teams to ensure your creations not only look stunning but also align perfectly with our marketing strategies. Supported by our dynamic marketing department, this position provides a great opportunity to nurture innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling videos, animations, and graphics for various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop visual content for both internal documents and external materials such as banners and posters.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content meets campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Integrate visual elements seamlessly into game mechanics to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and enhance Elympics' visual identity across all channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring in fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members to enhance design quality.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Animator/Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating 2D animations and animation elements for videos.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience in operating equipment like microphones and lighting on set.
  • Excellent planning and communication abilities.
  • Pre-production skills including storyboard creation, scenario development, and shoot location planning.
  • Basic sound editing knowledge.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in communicative English (min. B2 level).

Preferable Skills:

  • Skills in film and photo editing.
  • Background in gaming, Web3, or emerging technologies industries.
  • Interest in and quick learning ability for new technologies.
